HISTORY

The history of Crown Westfalen Credit Services began in 1992. Westfalen Immobilien Service was established as a subsidiary of the former Westfalenbank to provide real estate owned solutions for distressed debt. With increasied trading of non-performing loan portfolios, CWCS extended its activities to include credit servicing. Even in the early stages, CWCS was able to profit from the infrastructure and experience of its bank parent company.
 
Following the acquisition of Westfalenbank by the Crown Group in 2006, CWCS also benefits from the international expertise of the Group. With servicing companies in Germany, UK, US and Belgium, Crown Westfalen provides professional, transnational services for real estate and capital markets.
