Dr. Joachim Paulus, CEO

 
Joachim Paulus joined Crown from Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank, where he most recently occupied the position of Managing Director of Global Aviation Finance. He studied law at the Universities of Münster and Freiburg and received his Dr. iur. degree from the University of Freiburg. Joachim Paulus is CEO of Crown Westfalen Credit Services and marketing board director of the CWCS parent company, Crown Westfalen Bank.
 
 
Christian Damjakob, Managing Director

 
Christian Damjakob joined the CWCS Management Board in January 2008. He comes from the Landesbank Berlin where he spent 7 years in various real estate functions, most recently in the position of CEO of LPFV Finanzbeteiligungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH and IBG GmbH with business activities in real estate asset management, portfolio transactions und the acquisition of real estate funds. Christian Damjakob also previously managed real estate work-out activities for Commerzbank and Berlin Hyp. After completing his degree in in Bayreuth und Munich, he began his career as a chartered lawyer by developing the Saxon branch of a German law society.
 
 
Lothar Ziller, Managing Director

 
Lothar Ziller was longstanding Head of Workout in the former Westfalenbank and acquired profound economic and legal knowledge in the management of commercial and residential loans in this function. He studied law at the universities of Bochum und Bonn. As a chartered lawyer, he possesses a collections licence, which is required as a servicer under German law for the management of terminated loans.
